Our products are hand-crafted by local craftsmen using different kind of natural gemstones. Slight variations in size, color, and shape from the photograph is not considered a flaw.

We do not accept returns in all orders. Exchange is allowed only if a wrong item is sent to you or you have ordered a wrong size.
Exchange has to be done by mail. We strongly advise you to insure your package as we will not liable for items lost in the post.
Items must be in their original, brand new condition.
We do not accept exchange for earrings due to hygiene purpose.
