Tracking information will be provided once we have processed your order. 

Exchange Policy

Our products are hand-crafted by local craftsmen using different kind of natural gemstones. Slight variations in size, color, and shape from the photograph is not considered a flaw. 

 

• We do not accept returns in all orders. Exchange is allowed only if a wrong item is sent to you or you have ordered a wrong size. 

• Exchange has to be done by mail. We strongly advise you to insure your package as we will not liable for items lost in the post.

• Items must be in their original, brand new condition.

• We do not accept exchange for earrings due to hygiene purpose.
