What's the material in Orelov Jewellery's product?

We do have 2 options : 925 sterling silver with gold plated and 18k solid gold.

  • 925 sterling silver means 92,5% pure silver and 7,5% copper. We do not carry and nickel in our 925 sterling silver which conclude it as hypoallergenic jewelry. We dipped our 925 sterling silver with 18k yellow gold, 14k rose gold, and white rhodium or plating.
  • 18k solid gold means 75% of gold, available in yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold. We provide 750 stamp on every our 18k solid gold jewellery.
  • All jewellery are using natural gemstones, we provide certificate for authentification of our material.

Where Orelov Jewellery's product made?

Our workshop located in Bali and all our jewellery are locally handcrafted by our jewellery artisans.

 

How to order?

We accept orders from WhatsApp, Tokopedia, Shopee, Website, and DM (Direct Message)

  • Ready stock are available on our website, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
  • 925 sterling silver with gold plated on Website and Shopee.
  • 18k solid gold or 75% gold on our Tokopedia.
  • For custom order, we accept 925 sterling silver and 18k solid gold.
  • Contact us for gemstones and design based on your preference and budget through our WhatsApp or DM (Direct Message).

 

How's the custom order process?

It takes 3-4 weeks usually for the product to be finished. Start when the design has been finalized. However if the design is complicated it might take 4-6 weeks.

Before we start making the jewellery, you can choose our available gemstones, bring your own design or let us design for you and we gave you the estimated price. We will give you order form for deposit and final design for the details.

 

Does Orelov Jewellery could be tarnished or oxidized?

If the material is 925 sterling silver with gold plated, then yes it could be tarnished or oxidized. But not to worry, we provide after service for this.

 

Does Orelov Jewellery accept buyback? Trade in?

We do not accept buyback or trade in, but we provide 750 stamp on our 18k solid gold jewellery and authentification certificate for the material. So, it could be sold on other place who accept buyback.

 

Care tips.

We are using only natural materials, guaranteed! Our jewellery are composed of hand-picked colorful natural gemstones, set in sterling silver, dipped in white rhodium, 14k rose gold, and 18k yellow gold. Take a good care of gold plated silver jewellery to protect the layer from being worn away or scratched.

Here's how:
1. Store away in jewellery box or air-tight pouch to keep it moisture free.
2. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, and water.
3. Use soft cloth to clean jewellery.
4. Remove before going to bed.
5. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight as it might change the color of gemstones.

Please handle with care as our jewellery are very delicate.

Shipping and Exchange.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout (via website).
Tracking information will be provided once we have processed your order.

International Shipping:
We offer a few shipping options. Kindly contact us directly via WhatsApp for further information.

Exchange Policy:
Our products are hand-crafted by local craftsmen using different kind of natural gemstones. Slight variations in size, color, and shape from the photograph is not considered a flaw.

1. We do not accept returns in all orders. Exchange is allowed only if a wrong item is sent to you or you have ordered a wrong size.
2. Exchange has to be done by mail. We strongly advise you to insure your package as we will not liable for items lost in the post.
3. Items must be in their original, brand new condition.
4. We do not accept exchange for earrings due to hygiene purpose.

Service.

Due to natural wear, gold plating will start to come off, revealing the silver underneath.
Worry not, ladies! We do provide repair and replate your jewellery to make it as good as new. Contact us for more details.
